Juggling both the creative and the business side of the company, Shauna has expanded her business through the wholesale gift industry in the USA , Canada and most recently by setting up distribution in the UK . Marcy has both feet firmly planted in the land of products. She brings knowledge of the toy and game industry, perspective as a retailer and experience as a product entrepreneur herself. She is author of Q? Basics and Passion to Product, How to create tangible products. Her career path includes many years in advertising prior to getting licensed as an MA level psychologist in Minnesota and then on to training and certification as a coach. Marcy has received additional training through the year long Co-Active space leadership program, the Bigger Game leadership competencies model and The Enlightened wealth Institute. As a coach, Marcy helps new entrepreneurs and creative professionals develop the confidence, creativity and courage needed to succeed.
Melanie Keveles MA CPCC
Melanie Keveles, principal of Aligned Advantage, holds a master's degree in education. She has been a career and outplacement consultant, trainer and writer for more than 20 years. She has achieved many of her life-long dreams including living in Europe for almost five years, running her own business, co-authoring a book (Fired For Success: Turning Losing Your Job into the Opportunity of a Lifetime!) and having her own radio show. She has appeared as a guest on The Sally Jessey Raphael Show (when she had her show in St. Louis and focused on less racy topics), New Dimensions Radio, Conversations with Jean Feraca and numerous other radio and television programs in the Midwest. Her work has also been cited in Teamworks! by Barbara Sher and Annie Gottlieb, McCall's Magazine, and also on the front page of The New York Times (what her husband, who hales from the Bronx, NY likes to call his "hometown newspaper").
