This is a coloring book and journal for women created by women. Coloring in a
coloring book is an easy way to enter the creative process and a peaceful way
to relax, reflect and restore. We invite you to open the book and browse around.
Notice the pages that speak to you. Take in the words and images and then just
begin coloring or writing. Let the words remind you of how amazing you are and
let the mirror reflect the wonder of you. The book comes with 15 pre-sharpened
colored pencils and a ribbon to mark your page.
